Description
An opportunity has arisen for an Engineer to work on a contract basis for the Electrical and Control SectionWork would be in Argentina and my client is looking for 2 Engineers with the following experience. One of the roles is I Fix essential, you would be viewed as the i fix expert on site.
SCADA - I Fix (Essential)
Field instrumentation
Temperature measurement - mainly thermocouples
Gas firing control systems - hazardous areas, IS systems
Flow measurement and control - air, water, and gases; calibration of transmitters and control valves, and loop testing
Operator Control panels
Contract dates: April - May Initially
Working hours: 44-60 hours per week, 6 day working when overseas, possibly 7 day working for last 3 weeks during plant warm-up to production.
Contract duration: It is likely that there will be the opportunity to extend the role on further projects given a successful performance. The majority of our work is overseas rather than the UK so any extension is likely to be on a project requiring travel overseas for periods of 6 weeks or more at a time.
