Working directly with the Business representatives of the application for Marketing community from all my client business and GMBs and Markets.
- Acting as functional analyst / owner of the overall application
- Working closely with business sponsor/function, Global functional Network lead (GFN) , cross teams, Cloud solution team and MAM Project Manager.
- Working closely with the Function in Marketing, the Global Networking Functional lead and our Zone colleagues representing the Markets. The key responsibilities of this Business Analyst are as follows:
- In charge of defining with the business and document in detail for the vendors to develop, all the Business Requirements related to the application.
Main responsibilities:
Senior Business Analyst for playing the role of functional owner of Marketing Asset Management solution (MAM).
- Drive the business / functional requirement definition with MAM community and the Function/Business Stakeholder.
- Facilitate session for the design and construction of the solution. Candidate should be comfortable in meetings with a fairly high level corporate management.
- Get a deeper understanding of the business in order to be able to challenge the requirements and deliver the most optimal solution.
- Ensure the documentation level of detail is adapted for the development team to precisely understand what is expected as an end result.
- Ensure documentation is in line with my client IS/IT standards and methodology.
- Define the test scenarios the solution should cover in order to guarantee a high level of quality for the delivered solution.
- Document the test scenarios.
- Coordinate offshore testing team
- Will be required to work in some tickets.
- Ensure that releases of the solution are extensively tested prior to delivery of the solution and in line with the initial Functional Requirements.
Skills:
- Senior Business Analyst competency on large project in international organization.
- Strong analytical and judgment skills (ability to make logical, pragmatic and structured decisions
- Functional analysis skills with international mindset
- Experience in working IS/IT projects for my client in large project. Good understanding of my client methodology and organization. Ideally should already have a very good network.
- Experience with Complementary Applications and Cloud solutions
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Ability to think out of the box and find alternative solutions to critical issues
