Interim Project Accountant, £250 - £300 per day, East Grinstead
My client, a leading services company based in East Grinstead, is seeking an interim Project Accountant (ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent) for an initial 4-6 month contract (possibility for the role to be made permanent).
THE ROLE:
Development/Investment Appraisals
*Analysis of proposals for development projects (currently 6 live development projects), ensuring that profits are maximised;
*Cash flow forecasts in advance for up to 4/5/10 year plans
*Simplifying development appraisals
*Working with raw financial data
*Looking at inter-group charges and interest rates in relation to these, as well as whether charges should be applied to the JV partner/client
*Cash Flow & P&L analysis
*Liaising with legal stakeholders to ensure that all protocols are followed and to ensuring compliance
THE PERSON:
*ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
*Experience of Joint Venture Accounting
*Strong stakeholder management experience.
