Job Description:
This is a hybrid role consisting of both quality tester/business analyst activities:
1) Business Analyst responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements
2) Quality Analyst responsible for creating test plans and/or execution test scenarios to support requirements for the same system.
SKILLS:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology
- Experience in developing VBA Code for Excel of medium to difficult complexity for prototype development.
- 1-2 years of experience in business analyst role.
- Ability to perform assigned tasks in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
- Communicate effectively, explain the problem and propose solutions.
- Inquisitive and persistent at gathering information from technical and business partners.
- Take initiative and ownership of issues and resolutions.
- Experience in Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in facilitating the requirements sessions.
- Experience in gathering/documenting requirements and testing scenarios.
- Experience in developing VBA Code for Excel of medium to difficult complexity for prototype development.
