Immediate contract for experienced CRM Project Manager in Louvain-La-Neuve
My client international end-user organisation based in Louvain-La-Neuve is implementing a new CRM system.
We are then looking for an experienced hands-on CRM project manager for a 7 months contracts stating 02/03/15.
We will need someone for the following tasks:
- Definition of project plan, define team roles and responsibilities and propose internal & external resources to agreed tasks (provides the necessary resources)
- Resolve local issues, escalate to Management Team and orchestrate decisions from the Management Team
- Manage overall team & project: project status; resources; identify and resolve issues; identify risk and facilitate mitigation and contingency planning associated with risk
- Strong dedication in Change management activities to identify actions to be undertaken per functionality and roles in the local affiliate
- Escalation to CRM Area Team
- Coordination with CRM Area Team
The person will need to have the following qualifications:
- Solid project management experience
- Experience with implementation of CRM systems (Veeva and or Salesforce.com is an additional plus but not a hard prerequisite)
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch
