Description
My client, a large financial services organisation, is looking for an experienced Stress Testing Process and Controls Manager.
The Stress Testing Process and Controls Manager would be reporting to the head of Stress Testing and working in close collaboration with SME's to build and implement effective end to end processes, governance and controls.
Essential experience required:
- Strong financial services experience, ideally from a regulatory background
- A deep understanding of stress testing end-to-end cycles
- Process and controls/firm data submission framework (FDSF) experience
- Experience of documenting critical reviews and reconciliation
- Strong people management and influencing skills
- Stakeholder management experience with good communication skills
- Knowledge of stress testing methodologies and strong understanding of risk
