Urgent Requirement

My client is on the search for an experienced Wealth Securities Settlements individual to work within the securities settlements team on a 6 month contract in Glasgow.

The main duties for the successful candidate will be to ensure all processes have appropriate and consistent measures in place and that all Key Risk and Quality Indicators evolve in line with the growth of the business. They will implement productivity measures and set benchmarks, appropriate to the team's knowledge and capability, and ensure that all service level agreements are maintained or improved upon. They will ensure robust quality measures are in place. They will ensure the BAU work is effective, within SLA and quality targets achieved. They will provide senior oversight to the SME community supporting strategic change deliverables and lead delivery management of same.

What we need from you;

  • Extensive experience within the financial services
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Trade Settlements across the UK and International markets
  • Experience of change/programme management
  • Good knowledge of Risk and Compliance
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
