Complaints Officer required for a London based Clinical Commissioning Group

I am working with a London based Clinical Commissioning Group and am urgently seeking a Complaints Officer for a 3 month minimum contract.

To be considered for this role you must have the following experience within the NHS.

- Must have worked in the NHS
- Expert knowledge of handling Complaints and current legislation
- Knowledge and experience with investigations
- Experience of building and implementing DATIXWeb across organisations
- Managing and maintaining DATIX and providing relevant reports
