SAP CRM Service Consultant/3 months/Ghent, Belgium
SAP CRM Service Consultant urgently required for one of my clients for an initial period of 3 months to be based in Ghent, Belgium.
Required skills
- Expert knowledge of SAP CRM Service, in particular with the set-up of a Service Desk
- Expert knowledge of the following CRM objects:
- Case
- Service Order/sales order
- Service agreements and service contracts
- Products
- Quotations - Knowledge of SAP Business Workplace
- Knowledge of SAP SD and MM for integration purposes and best practices
- Excellent analysis skills required
- Open minded and out-of-the box thinker
- Punctual and able to work independently for several days (2-3)
- Pro-active and open attitude
- Knowledge of market processes: retail, service management, facility management,
- Knowledge of SAP ISU and the corresponding CRM CIC for utilities is a plus
