Position: Support Analyst (Contract), Global Treasury (BMU - BSS)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to Global Treasury dealers in all locations responding to their system related queries and reported issues
  • Attend to queries for Trade STP and other interface reconciliation breaks
  • Work closely with IT and other supporting partners to investigate, identify and resolve all Front Office system related problem logs
  • Track pending logs, Inbox items, ITSRs and provide timely feedback to the users community
  • Help out in various project initiatives during SIT/UAT cycles and production rollouts
  • Ensure all static data configuration and system access requests are properly submitted in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting treasury systems and applications, previous Murex knowledge and experience will be an advantage
  • Solid business domain knowledge of the treasury products and financial markets
  • Good trouble-shooting and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in the fast paced environment - "Think on your feet" approach
  • Good analytical skills and ability to perform under pressure
  • Keen learner with desire for growth and further development
