Service Transition Co-ordinator - 5 months - West Yorkshire
Due growth my client is looking to appoint a Service Transition Co-ordinator this side of Christmas to start ASAP for an initial 5 month contract which is likely to extend. The Service Transition Co-ordinator will engage with project teams to ensure support models are in place from a service delivery perspective to ensure smooth transition of IT services and Releases move into production ready. You will define support models and service acceptance criteria. The ideal candidate will have a Service Delivery, Project, Service Transition and Service Design background. Experience of managing 3rd party suppliers and strong stakeholder management is a must. Please apply ASAP for immediate consideration.
