My client is looking for a Senior Change Management Manager responsible for:
- Developing or guiding the development of creative and high quality change management and communications solutions within the company
- Managing, motivating and guiding a team
- Anticipating organizational changes that come with large-scale implementations
- working with stakeholders (virtually and face to face)
- Building a change management and communications approach and strategies and communication plans
- Change Management Strategies
- Stakeholder management
- Strategic HR Plan
The person:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to guide and train people
- Experience in change Management Plans (proven, examples)
- Experience in large change projects (global and international organisations)
- CIPD certification and HR background (essential)
Conditions:
6 months contract (rolling)
open salary rate (depends on experience)
location: Liverpool, North West of England and East Sussex
