Our direct Fortune 500 client in the energy industry is looking for an IT Desktop Specialist for a 2 month contract at their Portland, OR location.Responsibilities will include:
- Basic hands-on experience in a technical support role that includes some desktop PC support responsibilities.
- Knowledge of current technologies.
- Understanding of companys existing IT environment and of applicable company policies, practices, and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for consulting with users to understand needs, define requirements, and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to develop, work through, and complete small technical projects.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs safely.
