My client a large global brand is looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner: Change Management to join the team for an initial 6 month contract. The purpose of the role is to manage the current workforce through a period of business change and more importantly lead the business from an operational stand point. The role requires a high level of agility and someone comfortable managing a large number of staff at all levels. Operational HR is essential. TUPE experience, redundancies and off-shoring/relocating experience is also highly attractive. This role requires someone very hands on with the ability to cover all aspects of operational HR during a very important period of change. Experience of HR Transformation and Business Change is also highly attractive, in particular payroll and vendor management change. Talent Acquisition is useful along with B2B experience. Experience of working within the Travel Industry is highly attractive
