Description
Facilities Manager (NEBOSH) required for our leading insurance client in Croydon. You will be responsible for the day to day management and supervision of the facilities function in the UK including general administration, safety, client and office services and site management and maintenance for all UK locations.
You must provide expertise, support and leadership in local facility management activities at all times working within a Matrix reporting model as well as introducing and ensuring standardisation and consistency to global standards. You will have experience of working in a facilities environment within multiple countries essential, solid facilities management experience in a corporate environment, and proven ability to organise and manage contracts/vendors. Membership of an accredited FM body such as BIFM or IFMA as well as NEBOSH is needed.
