Description
Primary Duties:- Working with Application and Business owners to identify and document monitoring requirements.
- Developing and troubleshooting monitoring solutions on ExtraHop.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 4+ Years of N-Tier Application support. If it is broken or not working well, can you find RCA and fix it?
- 2+ Years of experience with Databases. You should be quick with a query
- We use: SPLUNK, SQL, Mongo, Python, Javascript, XML
- Good understanding of TCP/IP Networking
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle technical issues of any degree of complexity in a fast paced environment with minimal need for supervision or assistance
- Excellent written and oral communications skills

- SPLUNK administration
