On behalf of our client, an international financial institution, we are looking for a
Customer Support Officer (Settlement Center) (m/f)

Your tasks:
  • Being responsible for a wide range of back office tasks
  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of confirmations, securities settlements and payments
  • Validating deal and settlement instructions
  • Investigating and resolving confirmation mismatches, settlement failures and compensation requests together with front office, custodians and customers


Your qualifications
  • Banking diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with SWIFT messaging formats essential
  • Knowledge of Bloomberg information systems desirable
  • Good knowledge of financial instruments
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) essential
  • Fluency in French and/or German desirable
