Our client, a leading financial services firm, are looking for a Collections and Recoveries Manager to work out of their Gloucester offices.
The successful candidate will act as a senior point of expertise/input into the development of collections and recoveries processes, strategy and business plans. This includes the delivery of fraud losses within budget and risk.
The role involves close work with multiple teams to ensure the successful delivery of change within the business.
The successful Collections and Recovery Manager candidate will have the following:
- Proven collections and/or recoveries background
- Knowledge of Transaction Fraud and Debt recovery beneficial
- Proven ability to build/lead teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven change management experience within Collections and Recoveries.
