Within Vodafone Group Enterprise, our Resourcing team provide innovative resourcing strategies and full recruitment delivery to aligned business areas and we are searching for a driven, professional and motivated recruitment partner to manage recruitment within our fast paced and pioneering culture.

You will bring to life our Employer Brand through effective and creative recruitment campaigns, ensuring true partnership with the business to deliver talent pool strategies against forecasted business requirements. You will be driven to ensure a faultless candidate experience and constantly seek to make improvements and drive efficiency, ensuring full responsibility for a 360 recruitment delivery role, building key relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and stakeholders to deliver on current and future hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the business to fully understand talent requirements, collaborating with HR Business Partners and Stakeholders across Vodafone to understand current and future resource requirements.
  • Develop attractive resourcing strategies to source and attract the best talent, using a variety of direct approach recruitment tools.
  • Provide an end to end recruitment service in an effective and timely manner, proactively managing a candidate pipeline.
  • Advertise in line with our employer value proposition (EVP), ensuring we attract the best talent within our industry.
  • Assessing and selecting the best possible talent (both internally and externally) by utilising innovative assessment and selection techniques used to maximise the right recruiting decisions.
  • Coach and advise hiring managers on recruitment best practice, assessment techniques and selection capability.
  • Liaise with HR Business Partners to develop best practice methods in recruitment and build capability to adhere to these standards.

Profile and Experience:

Essential:

  • Proven recruitment experience, with clear evidence within a full end to end recruitment role.
  • Previous experience managing complex recruitment campaigns within a commercial environment, using a variety of direct search techniques.
  • Ability to cope with ambiguity and gain new skills and knowledge quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and manage key relationships with multiple and challenging stakeholders.
  • Ability to act with integrity and enthusiasm, with the ability to challenge and advise senior management when necessary.
  • Excellent time and project management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of relevant UK Employment Legislation and Regulations.
  • Degree level education or equivalent work experience/professional training.

Desirable:

  • Previous in-house and agency recruitment experience
  • Previous experience within a Telecommunications or Technical Based Industry

Role Location: Newbury, flexible to work from home one day per week and flexible hours
