Our client has an urgent requirement for a team of Voice Technicians with Cisco IPT, CUCM, Call Manager, Exony and Verint skills to work in Buckinghamshire or Berkshire.

  • Providing support to 5000+ staff across a number of sites

  • Administration and support of the voice network - Cisco Unified Call Manager, Verint, Exony

  • User migration

  • Creating and managing user accounts on CUCM, Verint and Exony

  • Providing support to Contact Centre users with the help of IPCC

  • Managed requests for change from other departments regarding the telephony environment as well as ensuring these changes do not impact the stability and resilience of the infrastructure
