Providing support to 5000+ staff across a number of sites

Administration and support of the voice network - Cisco Unified Call Manager, Verint, Exony

User migration

Creating and managing user accounts on CUCM, Verint and Exony

Providing support to Contact Centre users with the help of IPCC

Managed requests for change from other departments regarding the telephony environment as well as ensuring these changes do not impact the stability and resilience of the infrastructure
