Finance Business Partner
Location: Hook
Pay Rate: £400 per day
Contract duration: 2 Months

We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to join the expanding team in the Virgin Media offices based in Hook. You will be a qualified accountant from a commercial background as well as having strong senior stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities will include -
Preparation/overseeing the month end/Budget/LRP packs for the Growth Leadership teams
Provides interpretation of financial analysis to enable business areas to make key decisions and achieve targets. Identifies actions to drive opportunities and mitigate risks
Key financial point of contact for senior members of the Commercial teams (Operations and Finance), as well as Group Finance functions
Consolidation and interpretation of month end results and full year outlooks to tight deadlines for Growth Leadership team, as well as Group FP&A and Financial Reporting teams
Continual process improvement, especially around month end; quarterly planning cycles, LRP and budgeting
Ensure the integrity of the financial systems, working with the Systems team to ensure any discrepancies are rectified promptly
Support Procurement on working capital and balance sheet forecasting, and identification and financial preparation of cash enhancement opportunities
Maintain and enhance the existing control environment to protect the integrity of SOX controls
Deliver external insight into business performance through market wide benchmarking and/or competitor analysis
