CRM MS-Dynamics Consultant
Networkers International PLC client is urgently seeking the skills of a CRM MS-Dynamics Consultant with the below skill set.
For a CRM project for a Telco operator in West & central Africa, we are looking for a CRM MS-Dynamics hands-on functional and technical consultant to be involved in customer business needs gathering, in the definition of the solution writing part of the functional and technical design, and in the support of implementation and validation. Ideally the candidate would have started with MS-Dynamics customization/parameterization and interface development, and would have later took architecture and technical lead position.
Mission
The consultant will be involved in the followings tasks:
o Conduct workshops with the customer to gather customer needs
o Build MS-Dynamics solution and design
o Write MS-Dynamics specifications
o Lead MS-Dynamics parameterization/customizations/extensions and interface development
o Build integration and acceptance strategy
Experience/Qualifications
o Experiences of MS-Dynamics CRM implementation
o Experiences in CRM implementation in Telco's is a must
o MS-Dynamics functional and technical knowledge
o Hands-on MS-Dynamics parameterization & customizations
o Experience and capabilities in project management is a plus
Language
o French mandatory
o English is a plus
Location
o The position is based in France - Paris or Casablanca - Morocco
o Missions abroad will be necessary (West & Central Africa)
