Description
My client is seeking to appoint an interim HR Business Partner to join an Acute Trust in Greater London. This role is focused in casework management, dealing with all aspects of employee relations including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness and performance management.- MUST have experience working in HR within an Acute Trust environment
- Strong experience managing complex ER casework
- Understanding of NHS policies and procedures, terms and conditions and legislation
This will be for a duration of 3 months paying a competitive day rate to start immediately.
