Description

An NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an experienced Improvement Manager to join the leadership team in the Trust's CAMH Service.

You will work with Senior Managers on the improvement agenda for the CAMH Service to deliver change and improvements to the service.

For this post you will need the following:
  • A registered mental health or social care practitioner (Nurse, Social Worker)
  • Experience of working in the CAMH Service
  • Experience of managing change and service transformation
  • Lead the improvement project that delivers service transformation of the CAMH Service
  • Working closely with the CAMHS Managers on designing and delivering the transformation and improvement project for CAMHS


You will be a strong communicator and have extensive NHS experience.
