B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent experience


Experience:
Has a minimum of 10 years of professional experience as a business analyst or similar

type position.

Summary:
Responsible for leading users and RBS personnel through the process of gathering, documenting, organizing, approving, and validating requirements for RBS projects. Validation includes ensuring that the requirements were met at project completion, including conducting validation testing of the application with users. The Senior Business Analyst plans, conducts and supervises requirements
assignments for large more complex projects and usually works on multiple projects at a time.

Reviews progress, evaluates results and recommends major changes in procedures. Has a proven business analyst track record of working on multiple applications and business areas.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with RBS and Business management to establish project scope.

Lead users to determine and document project requirements.

Lead the RBS team and users to determine solution alternatives and chose best approach.

Conduct business analysis and identify business objectives and requirements.

Thoroughly document requirements using best practices and methodology guidelines.

Ensure that requirements are sufficiently detailed to support strong agreement on project scope with both users and developers. 
Support developers in interpreting requirements and developing technical requirements.

Address changing user requirements while maintaining design and system integrity.

Develop and maintain plans for outlining steps and timetables for requirements delivery.

Work with the lead developer for a release to ensure the release plan is created and monitored to ensure deadlines are met and content is delivered

Perform implementation planning or business case analysis for applications.

Participate in application roll out planning and implementation.

Coordinate with procedures development, system documentation specialists and trainers.

Conduct initial application training.

Develop test plans and scripts.

Ensure requirements are met through reviews and testing.

Analyze business processes of proposed or completed acquisitions. Provide plans to migrate processes of acquired businesses to Rollins applications/processes.

Define required interfaces.

Work with RBS management and other business analysts to lead the effort to establish processes and tools for gathering and documenting requirements.

Work with RBS management and other business analysts and testers to lead the effort in establishing testing processes to ensure requirements are met.

Lead and mentor other business analysts and testers.

Act as a lead for a project with multiple analysts.

Write on-line help and user manuals that are clear and user-friendly, adhering to principles of good English grammar and technical writing, using consistent terminology.

Coordinate review of on-line and hardcopy technical documentation by appropriate staff members, incorporate changes and revisions into manuals, and arrange for final release.

Ensures 100% SOX and Internal Audit Compliance for the requirements side of projects and maintenance releases according to the RBS process.

Perform other duties as assigned.
