Description
Background:
The intent of the Proof of Concept (POC) is to test the integrated productivity & collaboration suite of Google and Microsoft, identify risks, integrations, usability, etc. to identify and recommend best implementation option and rollout plan.
The goal is to:
1. Sufficient understanding of pros and cons of O365, Google for Work, and hybrid interactions
2. Best fit for users
3. Best fit for IT landscape and system and business process flow integrations
4. Implications for security, risk, network, support
5. Change Leadership needs
6. UAT and Deployment needs
7. Ease of access to Legacy enterprise apps
8. Financial implications
- PM Requirements:
o The Sr level PM should all have a core set of skills (manage budget, time, and scope), additional considerations include but not limited to:
1. Senior level PM with experience in applications and infrastructure related projects
2. Vendor experience
3. Strong communication skills with presenting or documenting a program/project related status
4. Proficient at scope control
5. Has worked on large complicated projects with high visibility
6. Risk & issue mitigation
7. Can travel if needed
8. Alpharetta based
9. Has a good understanding of how Clarity works especially the financial budget management portal
Project Manager Skills:
Project management experience having managed projects with both business and technology components
Prefer project experience multiple tools and applications implementation with trainingg and roll out phases.
Responsible for managing schedules, financials, milestones, communication, reporting/status and compliance
Have experience on all phases of projects including deployment, readiness, training, and post production besides planning, design, build and test
Able to scale up to PMO and also able to fulfil project analyst role for short duration if and when required
Based in Alpharetta
Experience in a Multi-Vendor environment
Ability to interact at different levels and different functional areas leadership as well as provide clear direction to team members
