Description
Reporting to the Head of Collections, Recoveries and Transaction Fraud Operations, this is an opportunity to lead the Collections team aligning with the wider customer operations teams.
Should have proven strong technical experience in the Collections arena
Will be responsible for the service delivery in their area
Ability to manage a team in a contact centre environment
Good stakeholder management skills
Ability to support change and projects within the contact centre environment
Responsible for supporting the delivery of fraud losses within budget and risk appetite
The role involves working closely with the business readiness team along with the central teams to ensure change lands well and is Embedded within the business area.
The successful candidate will work closely with other operational and support areas to understand performance and the key issue resolution. There will also be a need to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders in other areas of the business.
