Description
Job Responsibilities:- Help Implement, support, maintenance and upgrading the CMOD environment.
- Help Implement, support, maintenance and upgrading the Content Navigator utility.
- Debug CMOD/Content Navigator issues of varying levels of complexity.
- Coach/Mentor support global team in supporting customer related issues and/or system problems.
- Application problem identification and resolution, including off-shift and weekend support functions.
Required Skills:
- Support, maintenance and upgrade experience with CMOD and Content Navigator
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time as well as being a collaborative team member.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and make application configuration changes as needed to resolve issue.
- Up-to-date knowledge of related infrastructure components and/or operating environment.
- Experienced in coordinating/troubleshooting with infrastructure team
- Experience with storage/retrieval of financial reports
- Database query skills required for troubleshooting customized reports
- Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required
- 3-4 years experience required
