Finance Manager/Business Analyst/Project Management
A leading financial services company, are recruiting for a Finance Manager, to act as a link between the Blackhorse Business Partner team and the Project.
The main responsibility as the Finance Manager will be the Blackhorse Business Team requirements and output on a major Management Information Automation Project.
Essential Requirements
- Will need a reasonable understanding of the Blackhorse business, products and processes
- Understand the Blackhorse Business Partner Reporting requirements
- Act as a Business Analyst where appropriate
- Build relationships with key stakeholders from both the finance team and project
- Deliver clear, accurate and robust documents, such as requirement gathering
Additional Skills
- Good communicator not just for meetings and written documents but also managing stakeholders and relaying achievements, risks and issues
- Project Management skills to keep team on track to hit each milestone
- Good commercial awareness to understand the benefit of an MI Reporting system
- Analytical skills when assessing data and the requirements of MI
- Build relationships with key stakeholders
