PA/Administrator- London - contract

PTS are urgently looking for a PA/Administrator to help on a relocation project for a 4 weeks period with an opportunity to be extended. The role will involve coordintating with the PM's and manage the programme reports.

Candidate profile:

The right candidate for this position will need to know how to use Excel well and pick taks up very quickly, manage the coordination and liaise with everyone on a professional level!

Skills:

- Support for New Chapter people project activity eg coordinating orientation

- Monitoring actions in meeting notes and giving notice to action owners

- Updates to the New Chapter Intranet page

- Document version control for People and Property projects

- Arrange meetings, take minutes

- Ad-hoc support for people and Property projects

- Microsoft packages (MS visio, Powerpoint, excel etc.) essential!
