Task:
The first project includes two sub-phases of about 3 months each. This is to monitor developments, make the setting, unit testing, follow-up with key users and starting plan.
The second project involves a first phase of analysis/definition of three months, followed by the implementation phase. The scope of the project is the optimization of inventory records in SAP and traceability Article-lot. It should initially support the business that does not have SAP knowledge in the formalization of the need and the analysis of possible solutions: standard or specific. The analysis will continue in detail to achieve an encryption or functional specifications.
