Description
We're looking for a web and mobile designer willing to help on a variety of projects, big and small. As a small development company we do a mixture of client work and our own projects. Some of our work is high profile and some are pet projects but all of it is done with cutting edge tech and with a high attention to detail.
This freelance position is more of an as-needed role. Right now, we have a bit of a backlog of design work that we would love help on. If you’re a good fit with us, this role could grow into something bigger. We currently focus mainly on the product spec, wireframing and development side of projects, but want to offer design to our clients as well. We want this role to evolve to be larger part of the company and just need the right person to take it there.
Number of years of experience isn’t as important as finding someone that has a strong enough design aesthetic to take small amounts of guidance from us and come up with clean and intriguing designs, but is also willing to listen to feedback from us and clients. At the same time, we work with a couple clients that have well established design styles so we need someone that can work within those guidelines and still bring some creativity to the table. Most importantly we want to find someone that works well remotely, is communicative and interested in new design trends for websites and mobile.
