I am currently working with an NHS organisation who are looking for an interim Senior Manager / Head of Complaints and Patient Experience.Key skills and experience:
- Managing a team of complaints officers and managers
- Background in Patient experience
- Someone who as ideally worked at a Head of level or as a senior manager
- Experience dealing with escalated complaints and responses
- Managing a team team dealing with the backlog of complaints
- Datix knowledge and experience
Duration: 3 months
Start date: ASAP
Location: London
