The primary focus of this position will be to support the Unified Communications, Email and Archive for the enterprise shared Exchange 2010 solution. In addition the analyst will also provide customer support for the Unified Communications 2013 O365 Hybrid environment, Anti-virus/Anti-spam, MailMan distribution list and Encryption services. As a tier 2 operations analyst, this individual will be responsible for the daily operational support and processing of incidents and service requests by leveraging the organizations service operations ITIL-based process library. This position will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through incident resolution and all levels of government.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 8 years of direct experience in Microsoft Exchange with a demonstrated concentration in email and archiving enterprise class systems.
- Extensive experience managing, and maintaining an enterprise level, mission critical e-mail and archiving system.
- High level administrative and solution experience with Microsoft Cloud Solutions dealing with Exchange, Lync, and SharePoint experience as well as operational responsibilities for an e-mail, email archiving and calendaring service is required.
- Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills within a business and technical context.
- Must be experienced in writing and using PowerShell scripts in Exchange 2010 and 2013. On-Premise Exchange migration to Microsoft O365 Cloud solution experience a plus

Experience:
Min 8 years MS Exchange (concentration email & archiving enterprise class systems), MS Cloud Solutions dealing with Exchange, Lync, & SharePoint, PowerShell scripts in Exchange . Exchange migration to Microsoft O365 Cloud
