Senior Change Manager - Banking & Finance
My client is looking for a Senior Change Manager with banking background and someone who has extensive experience in transformation and change processes, for a highly confidential +5 year project in Sweden. The role of the Change Manager will be to streamline process tools and to build a world-class platform together with a well-established team, as well as form the future of my clients processes and tools.
The successful candidate will need a combination of technical skills and the ability to take control of a room. We are looking for personality, social skills and passion for technology & transformation processes.
To be considered for this position you must have been working in a similar role at any of the global banks, such as HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Barclays or ABN Amro.
