Description
A Financial Services organisation in London has an excellent opportunity for a Compliance Manager to help support the Head of Compliance.
The successful candidate will be assisting in all the risk and compliance matters associated within the business areas.
You will have a full working knowledge of regulate contract lending, and the process for authorisation to become an authorised lender.
On the lending side of the business, the successful candidate will be actively involved with the evolution of the company and its internal risk mitigation and underwriting procedures.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience of Bridging finance, P2P lending and funds management from a compliance perspective
- FCA authorisation and CF10/11 experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with regulators, trade bodies and business partners
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Education to degree level
