StayinFront EdgeCG & TouchCG Consultant Required ASAP - Global Manufacturing - Dublin
This organisation is a large and hugely successful global manufacturing organisation with significant operations in Dublin. They currently urgently require an experienced CRM Consultant who has implemented StayinFront EdgeCG & TouchCG technology.
Working on highly complex projects of a cross-functional nature, you will lead the SIF implementation efforts across international locations, acting as regional expert but based in Dublin.
This is an 8 month+ day rate contract with excellent opportunity for extension.
Your Role:
- You will work closely with the technology teams and business users globally to gather and analyse business requirements for each location, identify gaps and translate these requirements into complex solutions for implementation.
- You will act as global expert for the EdgeCG & TouchCG technologies within the organisation.
- You will lead the configuration and testing of StayinFront EdgeCG & TouchCG and work with support teams to load and validate master data and train end users.
- You will work closely with the business to ensure the implemented solution fits business requirements on an ongoing basis.
Your Skills:
- You will have at least 3 years' experience in the analysis, configuration and testing of StayinFront Edge & Touch technologies, ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- You will be a lead/expert in this area, with full SIF life cycle implementation experience
- You will ideally have some cross functional sales experience (not essential)
- Ideally you will have SAP ECC experience (not essential)
