Description
You will be responsible for supporting network-based activities, including planning and installation of new hardware and resolving complex client related problems remotely and onsite.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Checkpoint, Fortinet, TippingPoint Firewalls and/or other Firewalls.
- Hands-on experience with Firewall, NAT, Policy, ACL software.
- Broad knowledge on networking layer protocols like TCP/IP and multicasting.
- Hands-on experience setting up and configuring Firewalls.
- Knowledge in building and supporting IPSec VPN tunnels.
- Customer facing with excellent social, written and communication skills.
- Work within a service queue to track tasks and projects.
- 2 or more years of experience as a Firewall Support Engineer.
- Security focused certification or similar.
