Electronics Engineer
Contract Electronics Engineer required:
6 months + possible extensions
Rate: £38-£42 negotiable
Location: Dundee, Scotland
Our client requires an Electronics/Electrical engineer to join their world leading Autoteller technology company, involved in the design and development of cash dispensers, ticket machines,self service tills and ATMs.
Role particulars:
A few years in a low cost high volume electronics design role, you will be joining a team on the design, development and test of Design.
This role is to to validate functionality
* Hardware unit test, and supporting integration and systems testing
* Support for all electronic devices through problem investigation, identification and resolution
* Analogue and Digital Design methodologies knowledge
* Microcontroller/Microprocessor system design knowledge
* Understanding of Intel x86 architecture. Understanding of ARM processor architecture
* PCB Soldering and board debug skills
* Ability to work on several projects simultaneously

Arm Processor knowledge
Test methodologies
Cadence Schematic Entry/PCB Design layout
Commutable: Dundee, Perth, Monifieth, Forfar and Arbroath
