* COST ENGINEER (VBA/EXCEL/MACRO) - Central Belt- 3 MONTH ROLLING.*
Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Cost Engineer with VBA, Excel and Macro skills for a 3 month rolling contract.
* A choice of locations is available and you can work from either Edinburgh, Glasgow or Dunfermline.*
The successful candidate will:
- Evidence of delivering effective results within a team environment, working within prescribed processes and within time frames to meet outputs.
- Proven analytical skills and the ability to think logically and interpret complex information
- High degree of numeracy, highly skilled in the use of MS Excel (VBA/Macros)
Experience:
- Ability to think logically, interpret complex information and to form opinions based on analysis of information
- Sound knowledge and experience of costing systems (eg sound understanding of cost modelling, cost auditing and cost benchmarking)
- High degree of numeracy, highly skilled in the use of MS Excel(VBA/Macros)
Education:
- Minimum technically based HNC or equivalent.
- Formal training in a related field.
- Systems driven by Excel and/or Databases.
