Specialist/Expert Level - SAP Developer (Objective settings and appraisals - Back End system)
Job Description:
Provide functional and technical expertise in SAP performance management implementation. Will participate in many phases of projects including analysis, design, development and deployment of software solutions within SAP environments related to HR-OSA module. Able to deal in a very complex technical and functional contest.
Technical Delivery:
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Build and design solutions for OSA module implementation and enanchments.
- Able to handle gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development.
- Designs ABAP programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs.
- Proficient in developing, integrating and implementing application components
- Manage tools of the ABAP development environment.
- Provide written design documents, test plans and test results.
- Monitor and resolve system application errors.
Knowledge and skills required:
- Proficient in Performance Management functional Process and SAP configuration for Objective Settings and Appraisal ( Deep knowledge of SAP HR-OSA Module).
- Experienced in large Full Life Cycle (FLC) project implementations
- Knowledge of PD Data Model (objects, relationships, etc..)
- Proficient in BAdI implementation with a special focus on HR-OSA
- Cluster access techniques
- SMARTFORMS Knowledge
- ABAP Object-Oriented development knowledge
- English Fluent +Italian (preferred but not mandatory).
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of relevant SAP experience.
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent applicable work experience.
