I am currently recruiting for a Campaign Delivery Manager for a leading Retail Bank. I have outlined the role details below.

Role: Campaign Delivery Manager
Rate: Up to £350p/d
Contract Length: Until 18/12/15 initially
Location: Northampton

Key Accountabilities & approximate time split

Campaign Execution

*Work closely with Business Owner to ensure requirements are understood, base-lined and can be delivered across channels, operations and IT.
*Engage Marketing Communications to ensure marketing materials are briefed and signed off and List Management for customer data to required timelines and meet Business Owner requirements.
*Work with Change & Technology to secure technical readiness ie our systems are setup to fulfil our customer offerings.
*Work with channel teams to ensure campaigns can be delivered through the required channels.
*Ensure projects comply with relevant governance frameworks eg NPA, IPM, RAID logs, plans, progress reporting, active risk & issue management.

Relationship Management
*Work with business stakeholders to define requirements to meet their strategic objectives.
*Development of close working relationships with the key players across BCE UK, COO & CRO.
*Be prepared to challenge assumptions.

Strategy & Business Planning
*Support UKC on how future UKC activities are shaped, planned and optimised.
*Champion, track and deliver continuous improvements across BCE UK (specifically campaign lead times/data quality and the customer contact strategy).
*Provide a consultancy service to support future customer plan and campaign activity

Team Management

* Whilst the jobholder may not have any direct resources to manage, the department does have a very strong team ethos and they will be expected to build good working relationships with their colleagues and to provide support to them.

Control (including Governance & Risk)

Adhere to Policies & Standards appropriate to the role - outlined in the Code of Conduct and mandatory training. Will also be required to ensure that all risks identified are managed as per Risk Framework procedures, ensure risk events (incidents) and control failures are investigated, reported, fixed and/or escalated to prevent reoccurrence. In instances where role holder is an owner of a key control, they will be required to provide supporting records to demonstrate regular review and maintenance.
In addition, will be responsible to ensure all personal mandatory training is completed within timelines and any key controls

*Business process definition experience

Experience, qualifications and other requirements specific to the role
Preferred
*UK Credit Card and other consumer lending
*Financial services marketing experience

Given the variety of stakeholders and potentially conflicting objectives, being able to identify and respond to challenges from different dimensions is key.
