Long term - 12 month + contract to be based in Paris but with occasional European travel
The focus of the job will be customisation, support and maintenance and need someone who understands OM OR PA from a business point of view. This is for a Pan-European roll out project which will see the client roll-out the current solution to a number of their other European locations.
- 5+ years SAP HR/HCM functional experience
- Core experience in SAP HR OM/PA
- Additional SAP HR knowledge across the wider areas of SAP HCM/HR
- 2-3 Full life cycles in SAP HR
- Configuration/customisation and support experience
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
Due to the base location of the client, French language skills would be a great asset to have.
