Description
An Oracle Financials consultant is required for a prestigious client with multiple workstreams based in a Middle East Gulf State.
The Oracle Financials Consultant will be required to manage the delivery of, initially, two components of ongoing change for the end client. These specifically are Multi-year budgeting & Desktop receiving.
If you are successful, then as the Oracle Financials Consultant you will also be involved in some short-term, focussed fixes with small groups and then also a larger roll out.
In order to be considered for the role of Oracle Financials Consultant, you will need to have the following skills/experience:
- Qualified Accountant (Essential) (ACCA)
You must have the ability to clearly and credibly communicate and educate client personnel on accounting practices and concepts around the following:
- Encumbrance
- Commitments
- Accruals
- Settlements
- Plan-procure-pay processes
In addition to this experience and knowledge, knowledge of the Oracle eBusiness suite is advantageous.
Effectively we need an extremely IT Savvy accountant, specifically within Oracle Financials & OBS. Any wider experience is also highly desired (eg. SAP Financials).
This will be an initial 6 month contract, and the successful Oracle Financials Consultant will be expected to work in a Middle East Gulf State. This could also extend to 12 months should your initial 6 months be successful.
There is a rate of £400 to £500 p/day on offer for the successful candidate.
