Onsite Recruitment Business Partner

To be considered for this role, we are looking for candidates with proven recruitment experience within a recruitment role ideally inhouse or onsite, have excellent customer service/customer relationship skills and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Responsibilities:
Work with CIO managers to identify BAU vacancies
Liaise with HR and Finance to identify PI numbers and raise invoices
Work with DRG to process recruitments; communicate status to hiring manager
Facilitate interview sessions
Complete paperwork post interviews
Work with IT Modernisation Programme Director and other PMs to identify programme vacancies and PI numbers

Complete paperwork post interviews
Act congruently with the current frameworks including Capita.
Build and maintain information on the client's in order to better understand their business and requirements
Visit hiring managers to develop relationships and increase client knowledge
Work closely with all managers to ensure detailed feedback is received on CVs and interviews support the direct hire target
Essential Experience:
*Experience of working within the recruitment industry particuarly contract market.
*Experience of Capita and other frameworks a necessity
*Strong customer relationship management- a focus on service delivery
*Ability to communicate and influence at all levels
*Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
*Liaising with 3rd party suppliers such as advertising agencies and 2nd tier agencies
*Good knowledge and understanding of direct sourcing and all appropriate tools
