One of our clients, an international company in the pharmaceutical industry currently requires a Functional SAP PM
Start: ASAP
Length: min 6 months
Location: South of Brussels
Functional Area
Acts to help the responsible of SAP Supports in BeSM to tackle with business or regulatory requirements by design, develop and implement simple computer tools based on VBA solutions linked SAP modules (data extracts).
Acts as single point of contact regarding people in place.
Discipline
Activities included requirement's analysis, technical and risk assessments through workshops with initiators.
Design, develop, test and deliver customized solutions.
Provide follow-up for the coming years through accurate documentations to use and maintain those specific tools.
Key accountabilities
Collaborate with operational colleagues (4-10) from different MPUs to obtain a transversal agreement over actions needed and prioritisations.
Take care of impact from new IT projects, for coordination, planning, problem solving and communication.
Develop training modules and take in mind the evaluation of an international roll out of those devices.
Education/Knowledge/Previous Experience
Education
Bachelor/Master/Engineer degree in IT or equivalent experience acquired through professional experience
Knowledge
Knowledge of ERP packages and Visual Basic Development language (MSExcel) are mandatory, a depth understanding of SAP modules used by CMMS ( as PM, QM, drawing mgt, WM, MM ) and be interested bypharmaceutical environment. Quality assurance knowledge and/or GMP regulation process will be considered as a plus.
Languages: English passive and French as working language.
IT oriented, open-minded with a large range of controlled creativity.
Experience
At least 2-5 years in visual management (KPIs, Dashboard, Intranet, Portal,).
Proven experience in project management, ideally in a large multinational company and/or in the pharmaceutical sector.
Demonstrates depth/breadth of technical knowledge in own and related areas.
Requirements
Be able to understand key business/compliance issues in own area and takes them into account in project management work.
Understands, analyses and prioritises the project client's requests, helps them to formalise their objectives and project specifications.
Creates informal networks with key contacts to give the project a transversal dimension across departments.
Identifies and highlights obstacles to the delivery of project results.
Manages own time and that of others, develop plans for work activities for the project team over short to mid-term, including quality, deadlines, testing and training.
