For the IT department at our client, we are looking for a consultant who will act Objects specialist for administrative object Intelligence in Management Control and Group IT management in close proximity Customer and BI. Fixtures role for application development and application management is outsourced. The group is responsible for control of the outsourced activities and the overall IT delivery. Management activities are mission-based and targeted through annual management plans.
The group is staffed by employees working with IT-related management and development of the management objects and applications that primarily handle our decision support systems. The group also includes employees in customer management and Intranet. The group's responsibilities and duties included acting interface between business needs and to formulate IT requirements against outsourcing providers
About the Mission
The main task is based on the needs and wishes of changes in the system to document and structure them in terms of IT requirements for the outsourced IT development. The assignment involves close collaboration with business representatives from other objects specialists and external suppliers.
Role objects are a specialist at the operational level within the object close to the administration and is an expert in any of the areas within the Business Intelligence area, eg Thing or Life.
Job specification
We are looking for a consultant who has extensive and proven experience of working in the intersection of business and IT and have a good understanding of both IT and business issues, is an experienced demands handle loader which can capture business needs and transform them into documented requirements, and has a very the ability to express oneself orally and in writing in Swedish and English.
The person should be organized and accurate with good analytical skills to quickly create an understanding of complex flows and dependent relationship. A major focus is required on problem solving and communication skills in an educational and clear manner.

Experience of working in projects and projects within the Business Intelligence area
Experience of DW/BI at a technical level
Experience in insurance/banking
Experience to transform business requirements into information (business and processing rules) and technical design specification
Merit with IIW knowledge
Merit Having worked with various BI tools
