Description

General Purpose

  • Manage project or sub project based on IP technology. Plan and monitor delivery phase of sub project.

Main Responsibility Area

  • Manages execution of the project or sub project accoding to the plans form customer and PM. Manages time, quality, progress, risks in the delivery of the tasks.
  • Ensures that all project milestones are.
  • Acts as customer interface in own responsibility area.
  • Carries out IP related tasks to service the customer independently, or through Project Management interface.

Position Description

  • Performs technical activities to fulfil the contractual obligations towards our clients customers.
  • Carries out IP planning tasks and activities for NEs of IP network comprising of mainly Juniper boxes, Routers, controller Switches
  • HLD, LLD and Databuild preparation for IP platforms and NEs.
  • Performs SW and HW Upgrade/Expansion if needed and other support to care team
  • Carries out the role of technical interface/support for the customer.
  • Interacts with JTAC/GCC
  • Supports implementation activities (Installation Supervision, Commissioning and Acceptance Testing) and troubleshooting.
  • Identify and Solve Technical Problems/Cases.
  • Renders on-site support in emergency cases when necessary.

Position Requirements

Technical Attributes:

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or Electronic Communications Engineering (preferred) or equivalent.
  • Juniper certification required/Cisco certification a plus.
  • Prefered to have field experience with Juniper Routers configuration, integration, and/or troubleshooting.
