Employee Relations Manager
Employee Relations Manager required for leading mobile operator! Are you a talented ER Manager looking for your next contract role and keen to work for a fast paced market leader within the telecoms sector? Do you have excellent experience of TUPE and business transformation projects? Have you dealt with high risk and highly complex ER cases? If so then this could be the ideal opportunity for you!
You will be responsible for training and mentoring line managers on how to advise and manage their staff through company restructures and TUPE transfers and then supporting them throughout the process.
The company changes are likely to be large scale and complex, so they are looking for someone who has held a similar position in a large organisation, ideally within telecoms though this is not essential. The role will also involve being responsible for the management of some ER cases.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience within an Employee Relations Manager or Consultancy role, providing ER support to line managers prior to and during projects such as TUPE's and business transformation.
- Experience of carrying out group and individual consultations.
- Experience of managing medium to high level ER cases.
- Strong communication, along with being comfortable in coaching, advising and influencing managers dealing with ER issues.
- Experience of working within corporate sized companies.
- Experience of working within telecoms would be beneficial but not essential.
