We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunication company, for an Implementation Manager to join their project in Belgium.
Position Title: Implementation Manager
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: March 2015
Duration: 3 months rolling
Location: Brussels
Responsibilities:
- Wireless roll-out 3G and 4G.
- End to end management of deployment activities.
- Transversal coordination of support teams to achieve customer requirements.
- KPI management (follow-up and improvement)
- Reporting and daily planning tracking
- FTR integration, FTR 1ANO, planning accuracy, planning speed, outage, timely delivery of deliverables etc
- Responsible to increase the quality of the installations and integrations to reach the customer targets.
- Responsible to increase the timely delivery of BoQ's, Site survey reports and other deliverables to reach the customer targets
- Customer and partner facing (meeting and presentations).
- Daily operational issues solving.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Extensive Telecom experience in roll-out projects.
- Good communication and presentation skills and ability to work in team.
- Good adaptability in an international environment.
- Customer oriented, good subcontractor and priorities management.
- Flexible, dynamic, dedicated.
- Excellent command of Excel and preferably databases.
- Result and target oriented.
- Good level in English, French or Dutch.
